• Team collaboration features

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Data Processing

By using the Service, you grant ExpensePro.ai the right to process your uploaded documents for the purpose of data extraction and organization. We use industry-standard AI and OCR technology to analyze your documents.

5. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party services including Google (Gmail, Drive), QuickBooks, and others. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We access only the data necessary to provide our services and with your explicit authorization.

6. Payment Terms

Certain features of the Service require payment. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the Service

8. Limitation of Liability

ExpensePro.ai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through the dashboard settings.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta.
